Your Opportunity:
The Supply Management Department Coordinator will coordinate, facilitate, and execute department activities with specific support provided to the Sourcing department leadership team. Lead a variety of internal and external tasks essential to the effectiveness of the department, assuming responsibility for important interactions with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities include but at not limited to coordination of critical meetings and department events; written and verbal communication with key stakeholders and global suppliers; upkeep of department databases, spreadsheets, and documents; supporting the leadership team with travel and schedule management. Highly involved with Sourcing leadership team in all things department related.

Work Location:
This opportunity is based out of Bloomington, MN international headquarters. The current team works a hybrid model: 3-days on-site, with optional 2-days remote.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Communication coordination: Lead the preparation, approval, and dissemination of key internal and external communications while working collaboratively with applicable business partners. Management of Supply Management Newsletter
Presentation preparedness: Review, collaborate and ensure presentation completion with Supply Management Leadership to develop content, ensure accuracy, and contribute creative formatting for regular business presentations. Examples include: monthly all hands meeting, Monthly Operating Review (MOR) and other presentations. Ensures that presentations that are brought forth are complete and are presentable to business standards.
Schedule & meeting management: Coordinate time, place, attendees, agenda, presentations, and transmission of meetings – recording as needed.
General administration: Maintain and facilitate the accuracy and utilization of department MS Teams channels, SharePoint sites and other administration tools. Assists with new employee onboarding by providing welcome boxes, welcome meeting, are scheduled with appropriate parties and making sure that they have a positive new hire experience. Expected to be able to learn our travel and expense reporting software (Concur) in order to submit expenses and travel for senior leadership.
Event coordination: Lead and assist, as required, department-based events and activities including monthly recognition meetings, All-Hands department gatherings, leadership off-site events, annual supplier conference, etc.
Travel management: As appropriate, support and coordinate travel arrangements for Supply Management Senior leadership.
Other responsibilities as needed: Special projects, tasks, and assignments as required. Employee Engagement
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Associates Degree -OR- High School or Equivalent 2 years of relevant experience required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; e.g., ability to develop clear, concise business correspondence and relay accurate information to management.
Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) skills.
Demonstrated competency in presentation creation, database management, information storage, and retrieval.

Competitive Salary – A reasonable estimate for this opportunity is $22.20-$28.87 per hour (approximately $46,176-$60,050 annually]. The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
