Manpower Planner Supervisor
The Toro Company is seeking a highly skilled Manpower Planner Supervisor to join our team in Windom, MN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily work assignments and schedules to meet productivity and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage daily work assignments and schedules to meet productivity and drive business results.
- Monitor production activity, identify process issues, troubleshoot causes, and develop short- and long-term solutions as merited.
- Work closely with site leadership and other supervisors to establish clear processes in alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience in supervisory or team lead role a plus.
- Basic understanding of the supervisory principles to include problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Effective verbal and written and interpersonal communication skills.
