Job Responsibilities
To grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
- Designing fixtures, tooling, lifting devices, etc. for machine tools, welders, robots, and assembly functions.
- Assisting with documentation of the current facility layout.
- Creating layout proposals for new and existing areas to create or improve safety and efficiency.
- Working closely with other production and support areas to assist in project completion.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
- A junior or senior student working toward a BS in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering at an ABET accredited university.
- Knowledge or experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
- Understanding of Lean Principles is recommended.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills.
- Results-driven, action-oriented, positive, and energetic.
