DESCRIPTION: The Field Marketing Associate will support the Exmark Marketing team to continue growth of the company's commercial turf equipment business. This role is based out of Beatrice, NE division headquarters with a hybrid schedule of 3 days on campus and 2 optional at a remote office.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day field marketing agency partner, leading regional and local field marketing strategies, managing direct dealer co-op programs, maintaining and executing the business growth program, managing wearables and merchandise program for gear store, assisting with tradeshow and event planning, assisting with social media support, managing point of purchase program, gathering and placing product literature and information guide orders for channel partners, executing monthly channel partner e-newsletter and other email marketing initiatives, and developing strong working relationships and collaborating with sales, customer service, engineering, operations, and other functions within Exmark.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field, 0-2 years of related experience, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience with social media, MailChimp (or other email marketing programs), Canva, Photoshop, and other content creation software is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are required to successfully interact with external and internal customers.
