Job Overview
Ventric, a division of The Toro Company, is a leading innovator of equipment for turf and landscape grounds management, sidewalk snow removal, and specialty grounds care maintenance.
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a painter, you will be responsible for ensuring quality powder coated parts, completing all wet painting tasks, hanging metal product on an automated paint line, inspecting, and packing parts at the conclusion of the process.
Responsibilities:
- Hang metal product on overhead hooks to ensure an even coat of paint distribution
- Remove painted metal parts from overhead systems, package to prevent chips
- Perform weekly maintenance tasks, including vacuuming and wiping down equipment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience
- Able to lift at least 40 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, walking, reaching overhead, or standing for long periods
- Maintain high safety standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and objectives
