This position involves supporting the strategies needed to grow the parts businesses within the Ditch Witch Division and dealership level for an assigned territory. The Regional Parts Manager supports dealership long-term parts growth by working with the dealer principal, parts manager and other key personnel as a partner and resource to implement best practices. Areas of focus include setting sales goal, inventory management, marketing and merchandizing, finance programs, staffing / development needs, promotions, and acting as the liaison at the Ditch Witch Division for order fulfillment, cross-functional teams, and strategic programs.

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $83,000 - $120,000 . Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package.
