What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weld Academy Training Program position at The Toro Company?
Company Overview:
The Ditch Witch Training Academy is a partnership between Meridian Technology Center and Ditch Witch to offer an opportunity to learn the foundations of manufacturing and production welding while getting paid.
Applicants will be employed as full-time Ditch Witch employees and receive training from Meridian Technology Center at the Ditch Witch campus. The work schedule equals 40 hours a week.
The Academy begins on April 14th, and will run for 5 weeks. Upon successful completion of this program, the applicant will work as a NIGHT SHIFT Welder. The standard night shift schedule is 10:00 PM-6:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday.
