- Active FL Real Estate License.

Responsibilities
- Dedicate 15 hours per week to proactive lead generation
- Convert lead generation efforts into client appointments
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide accurate information and insights to clients.
- Engage in weekly team meetings and participate in 1:1 coaching sessions to continually refine and grow skills.
