HIRING RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS EXPECTED TO BE $23.41 - $27.50/HOUR. The full salary range for this position is $23.41 - $31.60/HOUR. This position is full time with benefits and is an hourly position.Typical schedule is Monday through Friday days, with five (5) eight (8) hour shifts.
You must be able to pass an extensive background check which includes but is not limited to a criminal history search, polygraph test, employment verifications, etc.

The Recruitment Timeline is as Follows (expected timeline but may change):

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Monitors the schedules of maintenance and repairs, administers contracts and processes requests for service on departmental equipment.
- Assists in the on-boarding of new employees and separation of employees to include the issuance of access cards, uniforms, locker assignments, mailboxes, and keys.
- Serves as the purchasing coordinator for police equipment, uniforms, and departmental supplies as well as maintain proper inventories.
- Manages and reconciles the department’s purchasing cards.
- Composes, types, and edit a variety of reports, correspondence and other materials requiring judgment as to content, format, accuracy, completeness and confidentiality.
- Manages the Department’s Ride-Along program.
- Assists Investigations staff and E-Discovery Tech with any administrative tasks and projects and will serve as backup as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by three (3) years of increasingly responsible related administrative or clerical experience. Prefer related municipal environment, especially in a law enforcement agency.
Prefer an associate's degree or bachelor's degree.Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle operated.
