What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant I position at The Town of Tarboro?
Candidate will perform various clerical and administrative support duties for the
Public Works Department of the Town of Tarboro. Good word processing skills,
understanding of computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and
Microsoft Word are required. Candidate must be able to communicate with the
public and with other employees and possess a valid NC driver’s license with a
good driving record. A minimum of two years of office experience is required.
Excellent benefits and starting salary is $34,968 annually ($16.81/per hour).
