The Towne Law Firm, P.C. (“TLF”) is seeking a Litigation Associate with at 1-3 years of experience, including commercial litigation matters, to fill an immediate position in our Albany, New York office. Signing Bonus Potential.
Qualifications/ Responsibilities
- Admitted to practice in the State of New York and Northern District of New York required, other jurisdictions a plus;
- Draft/Respond Complaints, Motions, Discovery, Meet & Confers
- Second chair hearings and trials, attend pre-trial conferences on State and Federal Court matters
- Research and legal analysis
- Provide guidance and counsel to clients
- Document all legal action and communication in case files through firm software
- Immigration law experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $92,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
