Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation surfaces.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the culinary team.
• Ensure that all dishware is properly organized and stored after washing.
• Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes during peak service times.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean working environment.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support.

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others.
