to learn, can provide excellent customer service, and embody a genuine love of
the wellness industry to join The Tox Team.
Our Tox managers must have a passion for the wellness and beauty industry,
outstanding customer service, a contagious smile and a vibrant personality. The
Tox is a wellness experience like no other. We are looking for someone who
embodies team leadership, strong sales skills and is looking to make a career out
of this position.

results, we are the only results driven service in our space. The Tox was founded
in 2019 and has 15 locations open to date nationwide with almost 80 more opening soon.

The Tox locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of The Tox Franchising, LLC
Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by The Tox. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee studio is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a studio, the franchisee will be your employer, not The Tox.
Ensure all dealings with guests at the studio meet or exceed the companies
operating standards.
Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
Ensure the guest experience is relaxing and in accordance with the studio
standards.
Ensure the health and safety of guests and employees are paramount at all
times.
Ensure consistent studio experience development to ensure that innovation and
uniqueness is maintained.
Ensure that the studio department follows safety and maintain confidentiality for
all guests and colleagues at all times.
Ensure all studio equipment is maintained in good working order at all times.
Ensure that all stock and cash items are kept safely under lock and key.
Able to provide guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related
professional work processes.
Able to achieve high performance and operational standards.
Able to liaise with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure
smooth flow of the studio operations.
Able to handle any guest complaints or special requirements.

Able to implement and monitor up-selling strategies
Able to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options,
solutions and resolutions.
Responsible to identify and target specific market segments for potential
corporate clientele to promote our services.
Responsible to develop strong product quality and treatment measures.
Responsible for reviewing all guest feedback results and implement
improvements to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsible for studio employee’s weekly duty schedules and staff duty charts.
Regularly monitor all equipment for the proper functioning in the studio to ensure
maximum guest satisfaction.
Monitor and review studio employee’s performance regularly and provide
required guidance.
Manage studio inventory effectively, and follow purchasing standards to
ensure audit compliance.
Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the
companies operation.
Raise store requisitions of all retail and operational items as and when required.
Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.
Prerequisites:
Passionate about the Wellness world.
Willing to deliver the best service and experience to our guests.
Demonstrated strong leadership, team, and communication skills are essential.
Strong working knowledge of Social Media and Spa Software (mindbody online)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Degree / Diploma in
hotel/hospitality management is prefered.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 year’s experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or a well
established brand.
