We are committed to helping you grow, challenging you with hard, meaningful work, and celebrating our successes and failures together. Yes, we do fail at times because we believe the risk is part of making big bets. So we take the risks and learn from them. We also value strong leadership, asking our PMs to take on large, ambitious, and often ambiguous projects that can help extend our lead in the industry.

What You Will Be Doing :

As a Product Manager on the Core Workflows team, you will be the pivotal link between executive stakeholders, engineers, researchers, and UX designers. You will champion a user-centric approach, deeply understanding and advocating for user needs and preferences. Your decisions will be data-driven, rooted in analytics and user insights. Additionally, you will align your strategies with our company's core values and long-term objectives. You will need to navigate ambiguous situations to establish clarity through well-defined execution plans. This role also entails collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs.
