We are looking for an experienced Head of Product who will help define and deliver a new CTV product, Ventura OS, from concept to production. This is an exciting role for someone that is energized by a 0 to 1 opportunity and unphased by ambiguity.

The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. $208,800—$382,700 USD

What You’ll Do:
- Product Strategy & Vision: This role will lead and manage the team responsible for the product strategy, vision and execution for our CTV platform, crafting roadmaps that bring this vision to life. The ideal candidate will own the product, user experience, design, and technology needed to create state-of-the-art Connected TV consumer experiences.
- Startup Mode: This position involves projects that are fast-paced, challenging, and diverse. Candidates will have the opportunity to experiment with new approaches, take calculated risks, and work alongside talented colleagues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: This inherently cross-functional role works closely with engineering, design, finance, legal, business development, content acquisition, and executive teams to enhance Ventura’s Personalization & Discovery customer experience.
- End-to-End Product Development: Build and guide product concepts from ideation to validation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Strategic Communication: Craft strategy memos and presentations to represent the team’s work to senior executives, ensuring the organization has a clear understanding of the product strategy and roadmap.
- Business Case Development: Work with finance, strategy, and data science partners to build business cases and assess the impact of product innovations.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Collaborate with consumer insights and design partners to deeply understand and address the evolving needs of our customers.
- Team Development: Scaling a high-performing and mission-driven Product Management team. Building, hiring, coaching, developing and retaining the PM leadership of today and the future
- In-Depth Knowledge of the Digital Video/CTV Industry: Broad and deep understanding of video streaming, advertising, OTT, and Connected TV platforms.
- Zooming in & out: Ability to think and operate at a “strategic level,” but drive execution on a “tactical level” with the willingness to roll-up sleeves.
- Team development: History of building and coaching high-performing teams who are motivated to do better and think bigger.
- Data-driven mindset and highly analytical with the desire and ability to dig into metrics to derive insights.
- XFN Partnership: Effectively influence, partner, and communicate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, sales, & finance to set and deliver on product vision.
- Market Intelligence: Strong awareness of technology trends and potential influence on the current and future business.
