Starting wage for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience

How do I make an impact on my team?

Our talented and dedicated Lead Cook will provide our guests with appetizing and delicious food.

In the absence of Management, Lead Cook will be responsible for daily operations of the F&B team

Responsible for opening and closing of the kitchen in accordance with standard operating procedures

Ensures the F&B department is shift ready by completing daily forms and checklists

Sets up equipment and prepares food based on the business forecast / catering contracts information received.

Possess complete knowledge of menu and recipes, including preparation procedures, plating, garnishment, portions size and presentation / special handling instructions.

Assists the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager and banquet staff with catering events.

1 to 2 years kitchen experience

Ensure the highest standards of service in attaining guest satisfaction and profitability
