Cycle Instructor

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated cycle Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engaging fitness classes while educating participants on proper techniques, body mechanics, and overall wellness. The Instructor will play a vital role in fostering a positive and motivating environment for all participants.

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness cycle classes.
• Educate participants on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Design and implement innovative fitness programs that cater to diverse skill levels and goals.
• Promote fitness sales by encouraging class participation and membership enrollment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout space to enhance the participant experience.
• Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness and wellness to continually improve class offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a fitness instructor.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics to educate participants effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals or groups.
• Experience in fitness sales is a plus.
• Certification in relevant fitness programs is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to create an inclusive environment that welcomes individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
