What You'll Do:
- Identify and engage prospective clients, evaluate their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive successful business outcomes.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new and repeat business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Accurately scope client requirements to deliver customized solutions that address their business challenges.
- Clearly communicate the value of TTA's services through consultative and strategic conversations.
- Utilize the CRM system to plan, manage, forecast, and execute sales activities.
- Stay informed about learning and development (L&D) trends, sharing insights and collaborating with the sales team.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of direct B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Background in Learning and Development, staffing, or consulting services.
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
- Comfortable engaging with businesses of all sizes, from small companies to Fortune 500 enterprises.
- Extensive experience with outbound calling, including prospecting and cold calling to establish new business relationships.
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and drive company revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, verbal, and written abilities.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively and respectfully across internal departments.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel for customer visits and trade shows as needed.
