This position is responsible for overseeing the efficient allocation and utilization of resources. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to optimize resource allocation and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. The Resource Management Director plays a key role in identifying opportunities for cost savings, improving operational effectiveness, and fostering collaboration across departments to maximize resource utilization and achieve sustainable growth. In addition, this role will also be responsible for recruiting and retaining talent, the performance management process and training and development.
Position Summary
Talent Recruitment: Develop and oversee a streamlined recruitment process to screen talent: identify, attract, and onboard with an organized approach to their training and development within our clients.
Culture and Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns, fostering a positive work environment. Promote and maintain a healthy company culture that aligns with our business values and mission.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax and employment laws. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Performance Management: Coordinate year-end reviews and goal setting, supporting management and employees in performance-related processes. Provide employee data analytics to support compensation, bonus, and promotional goals.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize learning and development initiatives for staff advancement and satisfaction.
Compliance and Reporting: Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, and manage reporting requirements.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, update, and enforce human resources policies and procedures.
Support Client Relationships: Support client?s requests for employee fit for duty testing, provide support during performance issues, and document and memorialize incidents that
