The Training Room has an exciting job opportunity for a part time employee who will be involved in the day to day operations of our Physical Therapy Clinic. We are looking for someone who loves to work with people and provide exceptional customer service in a friendly healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter who is very organized, takes initiative, has an outgoing positive personality and a willingness to jump in and solve problems.
The responsibilities include:
- Management of incoming phone calls
- Greeting/scheduling patients/clients
- Completing intake/registration/processing of patients/clients
- Educating/Communicating with patients about insurance benefits
- Collecting patient/customer payments
- Assisting the office manager with administrative duties
This is a part-time position that has the potential to evolve into more hours and responsibilities. You will learn the ins/outs of a physical therapy clinic and be part of our rapidly growing team. This position is part time consisting of approximately 15-20 hours per week. It comes with a lot of training and education in the Physical Therapy/Healthcare industry. Some experience in a physical therapy, health care office or customer service is a plus, but not necessary. Candidate must be available to work evening hours 2-3 nights per week and some Saturday mornings.
