We are currently looking for a full-time Substance Use/Mental Health Counselor to join our team and help bring our mission of “Inspiring brighter and healthier lives” to fruition.
Summary:
We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated, full-time Behavioral Health Clinician to work with individuals from all walks of life. This role involves providing essential guidance through individual therapy sessions, group counseling activities, and case management initiatives supported by HIPAA-compliant technology. You will deliver evidence-based services in an established outpatient office, ensuring compliance with all contracts, licenses, and agency policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans.
- Facilitate case and discharge conferences.
- Coordinate psychiatric and behavioral health services.
- Notify referral dispositions timely.
- Actively participate in staff meetings and group supervision.
- Provide crisis management.
- Complete necessary paperwork promptly.
Qualifications:
- Master’s in counseling, psychology, human services, social work, or a related field.
- Must possess or be working towards LCSW, LMHC in Massachusetts.
- Must possess or be working towards CADC certification.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience.
- Proficiency in report writing and computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
Schedule:
- Tuesday - Friday, 8 am to 7 pm
Salary:
- $40,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year, depending on work experience and licensures/certifications.
