What we are looking for!
A full-time Shift Supervisor staff for a Work Release setting located in Kissimmee, FL. We work with men who are re-entering our communities and assist them with getting employment and becoming productive members of their community. This is a work release program that is staffed 24/7.
Our ideal candidate will be empathetic, a team player, have excellent boundaries, and written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, and willing to learn and understand some aspects of the correctional system in Florida and represent themselves as a positive role model.
We are looking for a true team member to help provide the best quality services to these individuals, to inspire brighter and healthier lives.

Qualifications
This position requires a HS diploma or equivalent
Ability to participate in our Drug-Free workplace program
Ability to pass a background check
Competencies:
- prepare accurate, informational reports using proper format, grammar, and spelling.
- ability to accurately count persons, and to account for those absent.
- ability to search persons and areas, identifying and removing contraband.
- computer skills to navigate wrims, and keep an accurate, chronological log of events.
- ability to instruct, assist, and when necessary, demonstrate to peers, the execution of all expectations of a Resident Monitor.
