What we are looking for!
A full-time Case Manager to work with Veterans, community members, and families to provide access to care and linkages to resources in the area. The individuals we work with may be homeless or at risk of homelessness, and have challenges with mental health or substance use. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have great communication skills to network with other community providers, and to have a passion for helping others.

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree and be willing to obtain Certified Case Manager through Florida Certification Board within 6 months of hire.
Must be an excellent communicator and possess outstanding customer service skills
Ability to participate in our Drug-Free workplace program
Ability to pass a background check
