Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, film, and edit compelling success stories and testimonials from clients, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and messaging.
- Organize and manage a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for increased engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our online presence.
- Respond to comments and messages, fostering meaningful interactions with our online community.
- Travel to various locations as needed to capture content and conduct interviews with clients, volunteers, and stakeholders.
