Your Role in Our Vision
As an Independent Licensed Therapist, you’ll provide trauma-focused therapy to individuals and groups, helping survivors across Ohio reclaim their lives. Whether in-person or via telehealth, you’ll have the autonomy to tailor your practice while benefiting from the support and structure of an established trauma treatment center.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group therapy in-person or online, using evidence-based trauma treatment methods.
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Director and fellow clinicians to ensure ethical, effective care.
- Use ongoing assessment measures to track and demonstrate real client progress.
- Empower survivors with practical skills to heal beyond the therapy room.
- Attend staff meetings, peer reviews, and consultations to enhance clinical expertise.
- Maintain proper documentation and uphold professional ethical standards.
What You Bring
✔ Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
✔ Clinical license in Ohio (LPC, LSW, MFT, or equivalent).
✔ At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health, with a strong background in trauma-informed care.
✔ Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices such as EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, or CPT.
✔ Commitment to transparency, ethical practice, and personal growth as a clinician.
✔ A heart-driven, client-centered approach—you believe in the power of healing and human resilience.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay: $40.00 - $100.00 per hour
Flexible Schedule – Set your own hours (minimum 10 per week)
Hybrid Work – Work remotely with optional in-person sessions at our Youngstown, OH office
