The successful candidate will work independently to tackle well-scoped and loosely scoped problems, provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced employees, and seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
The individual will also be responsible for performing analysis, assessment, and resolution for defects and incidents of advanced complexity, escalating appropriately when necessary.
