Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage labor crews and processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare and communicate schedules to optimize workflow.
- Evaluate each stage of all processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
- Inspect products for quality and completeness, maintaining high standards.
- Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly goals to the team.
- Train new employees on machinery, tool use, and safety procedures.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a nursery setting.
- Knowledge and experience with a variety of farm equipment and tools.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a continuous basis.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
