ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
The Treehouse Group is an organization founded and run by behavior analysts, for behavior analysts and/or fellow clinicians. The aim of the organization is to support fellow clinicians, via collaboration and coaching, so as to ensure clinicians can maintain their clinical and value based focus while directing an organization with clarity and passion. We have loved our diverse behavior analytic journeys across owning an ABA business to creating services across home-based, center-based and school based services, around the lifespan of learners with autism and many different funding sources. These experiences have produced diverse expertise across operational, clinical and financial realms. The aim is to share these experiences towards the betterment of overall service delivery and ultimately increased outcomes for learners.
The Treehouse Group offers clinical coaching for clinical leaders and collaborative partners for business owners, in addition to supporting parents as they navigate the complicated world of developmental disabilities. Moreover, we also provide ABA services, via a small EIBI center based model, so that we can demonstrate by example and ensure that we continue to stay well informed of the clinical advances and barriers to success for the clinical leaders we assist.
The Treehouse Group provides a supportive learning environment for our BCBAs to demonstrate their expanding clinical expertise while learning from fellow Treehouse Group partners on how to support and coach other leaders of service organizations, via the implementation of OBM, Systems, financial and operational metrics, to name a few of experiences that are possible. We are passionate about measurement and research and our need to share the outcomes we produce within The Treehouse Group and the behavior analytic community at large, via community events and local and national conferences. We believe we can be more powerful when we work together and learn from one another in a safe, sharing and collaborative space and as such, we invest in the training and diverse opportunities for our team to support their personal and professional growth.
