We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 3-year-old Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves working with children aged 3 years, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities and structured learning experiences.
Duties
- Assist in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all students.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good conduct.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development, milestones, and any concerns that may arise.
- Provide care for children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met throughout the day.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention as required.
