Responsibilities
- Implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative educational environment.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Provide early intervention strategies for students requiring additional support in their learning journey.
- Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
- Utilize effective teaching techniques to educate students in foundational subjects including math and literacy.
Requirements
- Experience working with preschool-aged children or in an early childhood education setting.
- Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management.
