Job Description :
As an RBT with The Treetop in Colorado, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering 1 : 1 therapy in the child's home environment. You'll receive exceptional training and ongoing support from our supervising clinicians and leadership team. Your role will involve assisting with treatment plans, supporting skill development, and working closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. We ensure our RBTs have the tools, resources, and materials needed for effective therapy and behavior modification.
