What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. This position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with meaningful, hands-on client care. As a BCBA with us, you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a fantastic team of professionals. Plus, you'll play a key role in mentoring and supporting our Behavior Technicians.
What You'll Do:
- Design and oversee personalized ABA treatment plans for our clients.
- Use assessments and data to track and celebrate client progress.
- Support and guide Behavior Technicians and other team members.
- Work closely with families and other professionals to provide cohesive care.
- Keep detailed, accurate documentation of client progress and treatment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ABA research and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience in creating and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A collaborative spirit and passion for working with diverse client populations.
Licenses/Certifications:
- BCBA (Required)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or in process (Required for AZ and OK regions)

Salary : $68,000 - $90,000
