What is ABA Therapy?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a tried-and-true approach that enhances behavior through engaging techniques. It's like a toolkit filled with exciting tools to boost essential skills and improve the quality of life for individuals with autism and other developmental challenges!

Your Role in This Adventure:

• Bring ABA to Life: Implement therapy interventions right in clients' homes-this is where the magic happens!
• Data Whiz: Collect and analyze progress data, crafting reports that your Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will appreciate!
• Team Player: Collaborate with staff to keep therapy programs running smoothly-together, we can achieve great things!
• Parent Ally: Keep parents updated and incorporate their feedback to make therapy even better.
• Adapt & Shine: Adjust therapy programs as needed-your flexibility is key!
• Communicate Openly: Maintain a great relationship with your BCBA to ensure effective support.
• Stay Curious: Embrace feedback and be eager to learn-every hero evolves on their journey!
• Get Around: Use your reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes (we don't provide transport).

What We're Looking For:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with ABA therapy or working with kids with special needs is a plus, but enthusiasm is what we value most!
• RBT certification preferred; if you're not certified, a 40-hour ABA course is a bonus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the job.
• A willingness to get In-Person First Aid/CPR certified and obtain an AZ fingerprint card.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
