At Treetop Therapy, we provide personalized in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. With locations in Massachusetts, Georgia, and Arizona, we help children ages 2 to 18 develop essential life skills. About the Role: What You'll Be Doing
As a part-time RBT at Treetop Therapy, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes and communities, implementing behavior intervention plans and tracking progress. Your key responsibilities include:

Collecting and recording data on client progress

Conducting functional assessments

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including BCBAs

Encouraging skill acquisition, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement

Helping children develop skills for success in home and community settings
You'll be an essential part of helping children build the skills needed for independence, making a lasting impact on their lives and their families.
What We're Looking For
This is a part-time evening position based in Massachusetts, with hours between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with potential for additional hours.
Ideal candidates should have:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, paraprofessional work, childcare, teaching, or a related field working with children

Experience working with individuals with special needs or disabilities

Ability to obtain CPR/BLS certification

Strong written communication skills

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical ability to bend, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally work on the floor

Ability to move quickly for client safety

RBT certification preferred, but not required
