Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (LBA) - Full-Time, Hybrid Role (In-Home & Remote)
Are you a BCBA with an AZ LBA certification? Ready to grow your career while helping kids thrive? We're looking for a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our dynamic team in this full-time hybrid role, where you'll provide in-home ABA therapy services and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely for planning and administrative tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and oversee individualized in-home ABA treatment plans for clients.
- Conduct assessments and track client progress using data analysis.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians working with in-home clients.
- Collaborate closely with families to ensure consistent, effective care in the home environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay up to date with the latest ABA research and best practices.
What You'll Bring:
- Active BCBA and AZ LBA certification (required).
- Experience in developing and implementing ABA programs, particularly in in-home settings.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- A passion for working with children and making a real difference.
- Ability to collaborate with families and work effectively in a hybrid remote and in-home setting.
