At Treetop ABA, we're all about making a real difference in the lives of kids with developmental needs. Position Overview:
Ready for an exciting, hybrid BCBA role? We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team starting end of May or early June. You'll have the flexibility to work from home, while still having in-person days to keep things hands-on with your clients. This is a full-time role where you'll develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and be a key part of our collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
What You'll Be Doing:

Creating and overseeing fun, personalized ABA treatment plans for kids.

Analyzing data and tracking progress - your insights will help guide the way forward.

Leading and supporting Behavior Technicians - you're the coach!

Working closely with families to ensure everyone's on the same page.

Staying up-to-date with the latest ABA research to keep our methods sharp and effective.
What We're Looking For:

A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Active BCBA certification.

Experience developing and implementing ABA programs.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

A team-player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
