What You'll Be Doing:
As Clinical Director at Treetop ABA in Mesa, AZ, you'll be the driving force behind our clinic's success:
- Inspire and Lead: Guide a passionate team of clinicians to deliver top-quality, individualized ABA therapy.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that truly make a difference in the lives of children and families.
- Analyze and Improve: Track client progress, analyze data, and ensure continuous improvement in care outcomes.
- Mentor and Supervise: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and clinical staff to foster their growth.
- Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with families, caregivers, and other professionals to deliver seamless, coordinated care.

What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification (required).
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona (required).
- Proven leadership experience in ABA therapy settings.
