What is ABA?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a proven, research-backed method for improving behavior and enhancing skills for individuals with autism and developmental disorders. ABA therapy is designed to elevate the overall quality of life by focusing on meaningful, long-term progress.
Your Role:
- Implement ABA interventions in clients' homes.
- Collect, document, and analyze client progress data, sharing findings with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure therapy programs are effective and consistent.
- Provide regular updates to parents and guardians, and relay their feedback to your BCBA.
- Adapt and refine individualized ABA programs as needed.
- Maintain open, clear communication with your BCBA and team.
- Show a passion for learning and growing through feedback.
- Be adaptable - work independently or as part of a team.
- Have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with ABA therapy or working with children with special needs is a plus, but not required.
- RBT certification is preferred, though a 40-hour ABA course is desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage the physical demands of the role.
- Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation (we don't transport clients), and current insurance.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary based on experience and certifications.
- Flexible full-time and part-time positions.
- Comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Weekly PTO accrual for ALL STAFF from day 1.
- Paid training and ongoing support.
- Opportunities for professional development and supervision in ABA - turn your job into a fulfilling career.
