Why Join The Treetop?

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and special needs? At The Treetop, we're not just offering a job - we're inviting you to join a dedicated, compassionate team that's transforming lives across Arizona, Georgia, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, and Massachusetts.

What Sets Us Apart?

  • Exceptional Quality of Care: We deliver individualized, evidence-based services that truly make a difference in the lives of children and families.

  • Flexible Service Delivery: Work directly with children in their homes, offering a personalized, natural environment approach that fosters progress.

  • Commitment to Growth: We work collaboratively with families and clients to create treatment programs that drive significant progress and growth.

  • Supportive Environment: Join a nurturing, engaging team with ongoing professional development opportunities to advance your career and make a real impact.

Why This Role is Great for People Like Paras, Daycare Workers, and Those with BT Experience:

If you're someone who thrives on helping children develop, whether through past experiences as a paraeducator, daycare worker, or behavior technician, The Treetop is a great fit for you! Here, you'll be able to apply your passion and skills in a new, highly rewarding context. You'll see the direct impact of your work and have the support you need to grow professionally.

Your Role:

  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to children with autism and developmental disorders in their homes.
  • Collect, record, and analyze client progress data, reporting it under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
  • Coordinate with other program staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, offering feedback and relaying important messages between families and the BCBA.
  • Work with a collaborative team or independently, depending on the needs of the program.

What We're Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or working with children with special needs is a plus, but not required.
  • RBT certification is preferred (or completion of a 40-hour ABA course).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to the physical demands of the role.
  • A willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance (we do not transport clients).

Perks of Working with Us:

  • Competitive pay based on experience and certifications.
  • Full-time and part-time positions available to fit your lifestyle.
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, and vision) for full-time employees.
  • PTO Weekly Accrual for ALL STAFF (you start accruing from day one).
  • Paid training and support to help you succeed and grow in the field.
  • Professional development opportunities, including ongoing supervision, to ensure you can reach your full potential.
  • Snow Day Policy: We know that weather can be unpredictable. If severe weather affects your ability to work, we've got you covered with our Snow Day policy, providing you peace of mind and flexibility during inclement conditions.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you're excited about making a lasting difference in the lives of children and families, apply today and join our compassionate team! We can't wait to meet you and explore how your unique skills can contribute to our mission.
