Compensation & Benefits :
- Earn $70 - $80 per hour , based on experience
- Work afterschool hours with flexibility to fill in for school-day BCBA shifts when needed
- Paid training and supervision hours to meet BACB requirements

What You'll Do : As a part-time, in-person BCBA, you will work within schools and other non-traditional settings to provide comprehensive ABA therapy services . You'll assist children, ages 2 to 18, in developing essential skills that positively impact their social, emotional, and behavioral development. In addition to afterschool hours, there's flexibility to step in and cover school-day BCBA hours when needed, offering variety and additional opportunities to expand your skillset.
