We're currently seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver hands-on therapy services to children with autism in an afterschool setting. Compensation & Benefits:
- Earn $70 - $80 per hour, based on experience
- Work afterschool hours with flexibility to fill in for school-day BCBA shifts when needed

What You'll Do: As a part-time, in-person BCBA, you will work within schools and other non-traditional settings to provide comprehensive ABA therapy services. You'll assist children, ages 2 to 18, in developing essential skills that positively impact their social, emotional, and behavioral development. In addition to afterschool hours, there's flexibility to step in and cover school-day BCBA hours when needed, offering variety and additional opportunities to expand your skillset.
What We Need From You:
- Current BCBA certification in Massachusetts
- LABA certification (or in process) in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of ABA therapy experience
- A passion for working with children and helping them thrive
- Availability to provide services during afterschool hours and flexibility to fill in for school-day BCBA shifts when needed
