Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (LBA) - Full-Time, Remote Role
Are you a BCBA with an AZ LBA certification? Ready to grow your career while helping kids thrive? We're looking for a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our dynamic team in this fully remote role. All therapy planning, documentation, and client communication will be done remotely. Candidates must reside in Arizona.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and oversee individualized in-home ABA treatment plans for clients.

• Conduct assessments and track client progress using data analysis.

• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians working with in-home clients.

• Collaborate closely with families to ensure consistent, effective care in the home environment.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

• Stay up to date with the latest ABA research and best practices.

What You'll Bring:

• Active BCBA and AZ LBA certification (required).

• Experience in developing and implementing ABA programs, particularly in in-home settings.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• A passion for working with children and making a real difference.

• Ability to collaborate with families and work effectively in a fully remote setting.
