What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Installation Labor position at The Tribute Companies Inc?
The Tribute Companies, Inc. manufactures, supplies and installs cemetery precast products throughout the country. Tribute’s construction division is currently looking for a few hard-working individuals to join our travel team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Willingness to travel. Project durations can range from 4-14 days at a time, which may include driving or flying to the site.
- Ability to work full days outside, in all weather conditions. Hours vary depending on the conditions and daylight hours.
This job is on a temporary/as needed project basis.
Compensation:
- On site Work = $30.00 - $40/hour depending on experience.
Note: Federal/State Jobs will be paid at prevailing wage for the project (UP TO $46/hour).
- Travel time will be paid at $16.00 / hour plus current Tribute mileage reimbursement rate of $0.58 / mile if using your personal vehicle to get to project site.
- Tribute will provide transportation, food and lodging and some entertainment/local attractions during the travel.
- On-site training is provided as is OSHA 10 course reimbursement.

Other projects will develop throughout the year, Michigan, Ohio, Texas, New Mexico and Illinois.
Salary : $30 - $40
