Job Summary
We are looking for a highly productive individual that is willing to be a "jack of all trades" type of position. This position will be responsible for inputting sensitive company financial information as well as doing tasks to keep Owner organized and overall company organized and on track.
Responsibilities
- Assist with financial tasks using QuickBooks, including expense tracking and budgeting support.
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments while ensuring optimal time management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including handling inquiries and correspondence.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed; proficient in proofreading and transcribing materials accurately.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
- Provide front desk support as needed, welcoming guests and managing office logistics.
Experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
