Truckee Fire Protection District is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Administrative & Financial Services Director! Under the general direction of the Fire Chief, this position leads, manages, and directs the administrative andfinancial service functions of the Fire District.

Government Financial Management
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Support and facilitate the recruitment, testing and selection processes for filling vacancies
Administers District benefit plans
Provide HR and financial guidance to managers, supervisors, and staff
Oversee payroll processing and employee time accounting including reconciling leave balances
Oversee employee discipline and separation
Maintain District policy manual
Oversee records retention
Prepare District’s annual budget
Oversee accounting of revenue and expenditures
