Job Title: Part & Full-Time Retail Sales Associate
Location: Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, TN
Pay: $15-$17 per hour tips (Weekly Pay)
Schedule:
- Part-time & full-time positions available
- Flexible schedule with holiday rotation (e.g., work Thanksgiving Day, have Christmas Day off)

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with purchases
- Operate a cash register and process payments accurately
- Upsell products to increase sales
- Restock and organize merchandise displays
- Unpack shipments and organize stockrooms
- Pack and ship online orders
- Clean and maintain a tidy store environment
- Meet deadlines and ensure efficient operations
- Transfer merchandise between store locations as needed
Requirements:
- Sales experience is a must
- Must be willing to work at both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge locations
- Flexible schedule, including holiday rotations
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
