Our Sumner, WA facility is growing and is now accepting applications for a Sales Support Representative. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, who demonstrates an eagerness to learn and grow in the role. The ability to provide a high level of customer service is a must.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years manufacturing and/or construction industry experience. Familiarity with trusses is desired. Must be able to demonstrate a desire to learn and grow in the position to help us as we continue to provide a superior quality product and a high level of customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
· Performs field repairs, change orders, site checks and measurements to support outside sales staff
· Provide field support to outside sales representatives to ensure orders are handled efficiently and delivered on time. Follow up with customers to confirm product has met their expectations
· Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
· Assist in troubleshooting problems regarding products or delivery. Investigate customer concerns and/or questions when needed
Qualifications
· Ability to read blueprints and calculate equations on site
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills
· Valid driver's license
