Core Purpose

The Marketing Intern provides support for day-to-day marketing operations, including event coordination and community engagement. This role assists in branding efforts, lead generation activities, and promotional events while contributing to the development of TTC's marketing strategy and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Shows a commitment to The Trust Company's Mission, Core Values, and Client Promise.
• Assists the Marketing team in planning and executing multiple events, including client-appreciation parties, internal gatherings, and educational seminars.
• Helps manage day-of-event logistics, including room setup, post-event breakdown, and pick-up of catering / refreshments.
• Supports the Marketing team in fulfilling community commitments, such as filling tables for sponsored events, submitting advertisements for event programs, and arranging volunteer opportunities for staff.
• Facilitates annual large-scale client gift mailings.
• Performs administrative tasks and supports day-to-day marketing operations.
• Tracks tickets to local sporting events used by TTC's client service teams.
• Enters attendance data into TTC's CRM after client events.
• Other duties as assigned.
