Duties
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks, ensuring precision and quality in all work.
- Collaborate with team members on masonry, electrical, and remodeling projects to ensure seamless integration of various construction elements.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate project requirements and develop effective strategies for execution.
- Assist in cabinet installation and other finish carpentry tasks as needed.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates to aid in project planning and budgeting.
- Restore existing structures as required, applying best practices in renovation techniques.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in concrete forming, finishing, masonry, electrical work, and remodeling.
- Familiarity with cabinet installation processes is advantageous.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
