Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Management: Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and precision across multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chats.
- Customer Interaction: Determine optimal resolutions for customer inquiries and ensure every interaction is handled with care.
- Data Entry: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM system.
- Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technician work orders and estimator appointments, providing detailed descriptions.
- Customer Relations: Support ongoing customer relationships through diligent follow-ups.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Assist in various projects as needed to support the team and enhance customer service operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in customer service.
- Skills: Ability to handle multiple phone lines, online chat features, and email communications.
- Preferred Background: Experience in handyman services, remodeling, or interior design build-out.
